The ultimate goal at Apples Gone Wild is to provide excellent customer service and complete satisfaction for all of our products. We are dedicated to providing our customers with top quality Granny Smith apples, gourmet toppings and secure packaging for delivery.

By purchasing from our online store, you agree to these terms.

Return Policy

  • Please try to choose a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the items for delivery, such as a home or workplace. We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
  • We are not responsible for melting that occurs in transit to warm weather climate destinations between May 1st-October 31st. Apples Gone Wild takes every precaution with our deliveries, including temperature insulation. However, we cannot be held liable for exterior conditions during the transportation and delivery process.
  • Customers must confirm that they have read and understand our shipping policy before finalizing their order.
  • Due to the nature and perishability of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Shipping Policy

  • Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
  • We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery by the upcoming weekend.
  • We do not ship packages to P.O. Boxes, Apartment Boxes, University Boxes, or Military Bases.
  • We only ship to the 48 continental states.
  • Expedited and Next Day Delivery is available for an additional charge.
  • Handling: We add a minimum of $2.99 to your order, which includes a special -30F ice pack to your shipment to protect your package when temperatures are above 70F or higher at shipping destinations.
  • United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service are reliable shipping agents but in extreme circumstances, such as weather delays and additional constraints, there are situations when the companies are unable to carry out an on time delivery. Should a situation such as this arise, Apples Gone Wild would appreciate your patience and will expedite your package as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

  • At Apples Gone Wild, we are committed to protecting your online privacy. Through this initiative, we guarantee that all online transactions are processed in a safe, secure and confidential manner. In addition, your personal information will never be sold or given out to third party vendors or entities. Your information will only be used for billing and processing your order. Apples Gone Wild does not track your online information or cookies in any manner.
